1880's Rural Doctor's Buggy
$ 0
Country doctors usually traveled to visit their patients, which typically were on remote farms. Some conveyances were plain box-type bodies but often they were more elaborate (and more comfortable). Remember, the doctor was a very important member of the community. This model dates from the mid-1880’s. Its gracefully curving body and extra large wheels added to the comfort of the ride on the dirt roads.

Basswood, cherrywood and (aluminum) hubs with wooden spokes and rims replicate the body and wheels. Complete instructions provided for every stage of construction and assembly. Model length 8, width 5 1/2" and height 8" The scale is 1 to 12. It’s a lot of fun. Click Here for the recommended modeller's tool kits. The paint Set includes 5 authentic colors to finish it off.
