Box Hatchet |
Ugly for sure - but ever so useful
Save your good tools. For dirty jobs, use this instead. Part hatchet, part hammer, part nail remover and pry bar, this was originally made to close (or open) tea chests—the wooden crates that tea used to be shipped in back in the days of the British empire. One of the most supremely ugly tools ever made, but for rough work, it is perfect.
Buy a bunch of these and save: spread them around so one is always on hand. Length 13-1/2" Width 5-1/4"

| nice tool, it is good to have one of these
close by for a number of reasons...the blade end is sharp enough for kindling and
the hammer is useful to resolve little problems in an old house...worth the price |

| Wine Crate Opener |

| While similar to it's original purpous, w use this to open wooden wine boxes. The hatchet end will start the wood seperation while the pry bar will finish the job as well as removing dangerous nails. Works better than apry bar and is reasonable to have multiples in the cellar. |
