Laminated Folding 4" Japanese Knife |
The blade of this knife is made two layers of laminated steel—one very hard to keep a keen edge, the other softer, for toughness and durability, hammer-forged into one piece (like samurai swords) and super sharp.
Such knives are generally fixed-blade; this one is a folding model with a hardwood handle, and is ideal for the garden, shop, or toolbox. 4" long when fully open.
Made in Japan.

| If you appreciate a basic knife like Opinel, you'll love this. It's simple but well-made of good materials, sharpens easily, and is comfortable to use. Mine is going in the camping kit as a piece of essential gear. |

| I am extremely impressed with this knife. Tough, with a simple rustic look. The blade is excellent -- and extremely easy to sharpen. |

| Very tough knife. Easy to sharpen. Appears it will rust very easily. |
