Handy Small Garden Axe

When working crouched in the flower bed, sometimes we unexpectedly have to take a whack at something immediately in front of us. Stabbing with a small hoe or hand trowel may or may not work, but this little 14" long axe will do the trick in a second. It’s light (1 lb., 14" long) and the bearded head design gives it great one-hand balance. Pick it up, whack away and then put it down. Easy and functionally purposeful. It won't come very sharp, but we suspect that it's just right - at least it seemed that way to us when we used it.
