Ratchet Allen-Keys |
Available in Imperial & Metric sizes - Buy both & save
Where has this idea been all our lives? A bent steel hex-shaped handle (often called an Allen-key) is one of those simple tools we reach for repeatedly, yet using them can be very slow going indeed, because the end often needs to be reinserted again and again. This remarkably simple all-steel tool is a permanent solution. Left/right ratcheting, with a 360° rotating handle, it speeds your work, and allows you to get rid of those loose allen keys cluttering your tool box. Each set comes in 9 sizes, either imperial (5/34 to 1/4") or metric (1.5mm to 6mm) sets.

Strong and Convenient
Reviewed By:

Though the tool is a little bulky, that is more than made up for by the convenience of the ratchet. I often find that allen fasteners are in tight spots that don't allow a full turn. No more fitting the key back into the fastener time after time. The tool is solid, well built, and well designed. If you use allen keys with any frequency this tool is well worth the money.

Well designed

This design is well thought out and very functional. Plus it folds up into a compact package for storage. The only negative is that it is bulky enough to be hard to use in tight places.

Great tool

I am a Maintenance Engineer. This tool has saved me a fair amount of time. It seems to be well built and so far handles all the torque that I can dish out. The fold out handle gives it the ability to reach deep into a piece of equipment. There is a good selection of sizes and I rarely need to go get a special hex wrench to supplement my tools. The only problem that I might have is that it is heavier in by tool pouch than a standard set of hex wrenches.
