| This tool is OK. It is too heavy for a key chain but is nice to keep in a drawer. Several others have borrowed it- in a school we have to repair a lot of gadgets. I wish the screwdriver could lock in place. |

I'm disappointed. The first time I gave the handles on my pocket tool a good squeeze one handle became loose. A second sample fared no better. Not a confidence-builder. A shame because the fit and finish is otherwise quite good considering the price.

Dear John,
Thank you for taking the time to review our 9-IN-1 Pocket Tool. We are sorry that the handle became loose. We just took a few of these from stock, made it into a pliers and squeezed pretty hard on a piece of steel which worked just fine. We repeated this several times and the handle did not become loose. Sounds like you have a defective Pocket Tool. I'm sending you a free replacement now.
