Outdoor BBQ Special Charcoal

Use this once and you'll never want to go back to the old stuff. The people who developed our Cobb Grill brought this to our attention. No pre-light fluid is needed. The pack comes with eight 12 oz. bricks (sized about 4-1/2 round x 1-3/4"). Each is a 100% all-natural hardwood, anthracite coal, and wheat starch combination, with a safe all-natural ignition layer for a quick-light, low ash, high BTU cook equivalent to about 25 briquettes. It will burn for about 90 minutes at about 350-375 deg F. One match does the trick and in 10-15 minutes you are ready to go.

Each 12 oz briquette is individually vacuum wrapped in a watertight enclosure, and is equivalent to about 2-1/2 lbs of regular charcoal.
