Proxxon Mini Mitre Chop Saw |
Designed for very precise small scale work
This is a superb piece of equipment for the small scale project craftsman. Instead of the saw itself rotating, the table rotates 45° both ways. Indent stops every 15° allow precise table positioning with a solid clamp for in between settings. The integrated steel vise has self-centering clamps, a V groove for round stock, and a front side groove for very thin pieces. 4000RPM, 115V. Weight 14 lbs. Base 9 x 9". (Additional air shipping charges apply)
Note: This item has been restricted from being shipped outside the U.S.

| Proxxon Mini Mitre Chop Saw |
| Reviewed By: |
David DiBrienza (Unknown, NA) |
| My name is David DiBrienza, and I am the proud owner of the Proxxon Mini Mitre Chop Saw #0401.01 and, for the most part, I love it. I use it in my dollhouse making for cutting crown molding and base molding and other things as I see fit. However, at $205.00 it would be VERY nice if the tool also cut 22-1/2" miters as with crown I use pretty often. Now I know the tool description says it indents every 15 degrees, but 22-1/2 is a very common cut for a chop saw. Thanks for taking the time to listen to me, I remain David DiBrienza. |
