No instructions. Hard to open and close (by the time I had just the pliers open, the edge of the pliers teeth had cut/ripped my finger/thumb badly). I still cannot open the rest of the tools, except for the knife. The only writings tell how to put in the batteries, which are the least interesting part of this thing. Garrett Wade should take the whole mess back at their expense. Otherwise, it goes on the scrap heap.
