Professional Gardener's Tools |
All-steel, made for a lifetime of real use
Professional gardeners don't want fancy wood handles or shiny polished blades; they want tough, sharp tools that can be used all day to get the job done. Shovels and spades are the workhorses of the garden and these days almost all really come out of China (no matter what the label says). Some are decent tools but none of them can hold a candle to these made here by a firm that only makes tools for the professional. Familiar to professional nurserymen, but almost unknown to home gardeners, they are first class tools that your grandchildren will be able to use.
These are all-steel construction, shaped specifically with sharpened edges (all the better to dig tough soil with). The 4130 tough chrome molybdenum alloy steel blades and handles are carefully heat-treated to produce a tool that is exceptionally strong. The result is a tough product, of a type often used in the aircraft and automotive industries when high strength steel parts are needed.

| Trencher Spade |
| Reviewed By: |

| Trencher spade is the ultimate best.If you have hard compacted soil and are not muscle bound you need this spade. The foot rest is a god send and could extend further to the right, but it is still close to perfection. When planting trees start digging the hole with the trencher and scoop out dirt with the pointed shovel. Works faster and better than utilizing just the pointed shovel. Great tool. |

| This is a very well made and useful shovel. Our ground is very rocky and this shovel does not let me down. I definitely recommend it.

| I just buried electrical conduit under the roots of lovely old dogwood tree without having to cut the roots; this was only possible because I own this amazing trencher! It allowed me to tunnel under the roots. Best money spent on a tool! |
