The first is a beech handled countersink with a very smooth cutting action. Maximum 5/8" diameter. Made in Austria
The second is a Rosewood handle version with a solid Brass hand guard. This is simply a beautifully made tool. It's not only exceptional as a hand countersink, but because its cutter is High Speed Steel, it will de-burr and put a slight chamfer on holes in non-ferrous metal or steels that are not super hardened. The tool is 5/8" in diameter. Made in Sheffield. A beautifully made tool of top quality.
