This set of gimlets will be a huge help. I have a terrible time drilling pilot holes at the proper angle but these gimlets let me do it right every time. And they suit the pace of my mostly handtool approach to woodworking. They are easy to use and are far more robust than I expected. If you have a friend who likes woodworking, a set of these would make a great (and inexpensive) gift.

I bought this set about 5 years ago, and it's been going strong ever since. Easy to use, well-made, and they hang up nicely on my peg board in the shed so they don't get lost. These gimlets make your job easier every time!
