Improved Microplane Rasps |
Now with multiple detachable blades
The teeth of these rasps are made by forming hundreds of tiny plane blades, each with its own throat. The flat rasp has a 1" wide face, the round is 1" in diameter and the square is 1/2" wide on each side.
Each style is available in both coarse and fine cut blades. You must order the flat (coarse) style to get the handle, which is used with all the other detachable blades. Five additional blades are available. Buy the set of all six blades plus handle for full woodworking capability. Made in the USA

| Very good exchangeable plane rasps. My only complaint is that I would like them to be more aggressive. They no doubt work best on soft woods. When using on hardwoods you have to put your time in. Having said that, the price is excellent for the tool that you get and this tool works when nothing else will. I am happy with it, use it all of the time and recommend it. |
