Named in honor of the famous covert special warfare unit SOG (Studies and Observation Group), this rugged tool is developed especially for emergency electrical work - that is, when you need to strip or cut wiring "in the field" without the benefit of your normal tool kit. This has a sharp 3" knife blade, of course, but also an easy-to-use integral stripper for 7 different wire sizes and a press-to-clip-off cutter at the end of the body. And the steel spring belt clip keeps it "at the ready". All in all a very nice tool, well thought out and very unique. Each SOG comes with a FREE mini-Micron knife.

Just purchased this knife, have been looking for something for work for about three years. I work for a computer connectivity co. and cut cable. This knife helps me set gauge for my machine, strip lengths, and also has saved a lot of time with one hand opening, closing. Also has become my everyday knife as well.
