These are something of a hybrid between a mess kit and a meal tray, and remind us a bit of the first TV dinners. They're a great way to pack a meal or snack to take down to the workshop, or out on a picnic. The clip-retained lid keeps food in and (importantly) sawdust and chips out. Made of stainless steel, so there's no need to worry about breakage if you knock them off the bench by accident.
