Yankee-Style Screwdrivers & Hex Driving Chucks

The Yankee-style rotating barrel screwdriver has been famous for decades, but in late 2007 we were informed by Stanley that they stopped production of all Yankee Screwdrivers.

We found a new source in Germany of comparable, if not better, quality. The only difference is a black handle. We are very sorry Stanley has made this decision but are glad to be able to offer such a high quality replacement.

They come with 3 bits (2 slot & 1 philips). All drivers have a 3-position selector: locked, spiral-in, and spiral-out. The medium size is 17" fully extended.

To increase the usage of the screwdriver we offer the Hex Driving Chucks. This chuck allows the Yankee Screwdriver to accept any 1/4" hex bit. All of the bits in our 102-Piece Bit set will fit.

We've introduced our new and improved model which is available in two sizes. The improved model is the same mechanism, but with the modern hex chuck built in.

These chucks are the best thing to come along in many years! This tool makes my Yankee screwdrivers so much more useful and I love using them.

I use the yankee now instead of a drill..just grab it and go to work..and you keep the 'touch' for the job that a drill doesn't let you do...I've stripped many a screw with a drill..not with the yankee!!
