Like a lot of people, we love large, single blade Sheath Knives. There's something very purposeful (even iconic) about them. But this short 6-1/2" long one (3" blade) is quickly becoming one our singular favorites. The blade is unusually wide for a short knife - which gives it real structural strength. And it fits the hand so nicely. The leather belt-sheath is a plus. Carried this way, it's always accessible but not obvious physically. We like it a lot. X50CrMoV15 steel.

  • Poorly made sheath

Robert Drisaldi, 3/26/2020 Knife is fantastic. Sheath is CHEAPLY made and will not hold knife securely. For the cost, I would expect much higher quality.
  • Well made & Very Handy Knife

Roger Martin, 9/20/2019 This is a great knife! Well made and very sharp. Quality sheath. You'll be glad you got it!
  • Not disappointed!

David Cox, 10/26/2018 I was not disappointed. Right out of the box it was super sharp and ready to
go. It was my first Spanish knife and my first olive scales. Mine was smooth
and beautifully grained wood. It's also perfectly sized for everyday wear. Great
    little tool.
  • Perfect skinning knife

larry, 9/7/2018 This is a perfect skinning knife, unbelievably how well made and useful it is for its size.Easy to carry and conceal while hunting but very strong and sharp enough to cut anything I need to this knife is worth every penny and more.
  • Great Small Sheath Knive

Garry, 11/1/2015 Beautiful small sheath knife. But if you are looking for a large knife, this one is not for you. But it is a great companion piece for it's larger brother, the Large European Sheaf Knife.
  • Nice Knife But Be Careful

Vic, 4/23/2015 Nice knife as a general utility that can replace a folding pocket with a much sturdier fix blade. The sheath has nice detail but the tip pocket has a ridge on the entry that the blade tip can easily contact preventing the blade from seating in the sheath. Be careful, double check to ensure the blade is seated or risk a cut. I will not be wearing the knife, instead will be carrying it in my backpack.

Great point, Vic. It's always best to use caution when handling knives. We're sorry this happened to you. Thank you for your input.
  • GLK-Great Little Knife!

Jean, 1/7/2015 A very high quality and nice-in-the-hand belt knife. Very sharp, as others have mentioned. Holster is also of good quality. Bought this as a gift for my husband, but may have to buy a second one for myself! Excellent for almost any kind of task...and gets lots of comments!
  • Knife

Leslie, 12/14/2014 This knife is beautiful. My husband collects all kinds and this is the best one I've seen in awhile...I can't wait to give it to him!
  • Outstanding

Shawn Hussey, 12/9/2014 This knife is well made. Its size is unique and will work great for my ranch needs.
  • Work of Art

Robert King, 7/21/2014 This Spanish (not Italian as the name implies) knife and its matching sheath are nothing less than works of art-- actually a drawback because I can't bring myself to use them. The design, materials, and level of finish on both knife and sheath are beyond any commercial knife I have ever purchased. I can't say much about performance yet, but the knife is razor sharp and certainly looks like a great cutter. I think it will be a fine camp and hunting knife in spite of its small size. Very classy and handy.
