Great tool. Well designed and built. Spare bits store in handle and are easy to access. The "ratchet" is actually cam wheels and thus is continuous because there are no ratchet notches. -

We won't forget you or your order, and will ship the missing item within 24 hours after we get it in our warehouse (the expected date on your order is based on the information available at order time).
